The ThermoCouple

Life isn’t about dieting — it’s about building habits that last. After 5 years with WW, I realised it wasn’t enough for me anymore. Approaching 60, I needed a realistic, nourishing approach that supported my health — good fats, essential oils, and sustainable eating.

Now, I count calories, feel better, eat better, and still rely on my Thermomix almost daily to make it easy and delicious.

🌟 Day 1 of our weekly meal plan! 🌟

We kicked things off with the Creamy Chicken & Mushroom Hot Pot from the WW App/recipe book/website, and wow… it never disappoints 😋✨. Creamy, comforting, and packed with flavour — it’s quick, easy, and honestly, I can’t recommend it enough!

Confession time: I ended up eating one and a half servings tonight because I was starving — which is so unlike me! I’ve felt hungry all day, and this meal hit the spot perfectly.

If you’re looking for a meal that’s cozy, satisfying, and WW-friendly, this is your new go-to 🍽️💛

If there’s one thing that keeps me grounded during the week, it’s having a rough meal plan in place. And when I say rough, I mean weekday dinners only — because let’s be honest, weekends are a whole different vibe. Doing Weight Watchers WW – I need to be accountable, and this helps me so much!!

I’ve now written two full weeks of meal plans, and it’s been such a game changer for me. Not just for staying on track with Weight Watchers, but for saving time, mental energy, and those dreaded “what’s for dinner?” conversations at 5:47pm or later 😳

Recipes are from the WW App/Book/website, @feedmehealthy_annavandyken website and ours.
